First off, let me just say that getting a response from them is like pulling teeth – they don’t exactly have lightning-fast response times! The first couple of times I contacted them for assistance took days before they got back to me with any sort of resolution or explanation about why things weren’t working properly on the site (which was often). That being said, there are some ways around this issue: They do have a page full of frequently asked questions which may be able to answer your query without having to contact anyone directly; however most likely than not these won’t provide enough information so contacting someone will still be necessary at some point down the line…just brace yourself for waiting around until then because unfortunately that seems inevitable here. In terms of actually reaching out and speaking with someone though – either by phone or email – both options are available although again expect delays no matter which route you take due mainly in part because there aren’t many people manning those stations 24/7 over at Passion HQ…if only!! All jokes aside though despite all this slow business going on behind closed doors one thing is certain: once somebody does get back to ya chances are pretty good that whatever problem(s) you were experiencing should hopefully now be resolved since generally speaking whoever responds tends knows what he/she is talking about (and believe me after dealing with other sites where reps didn’t know squat I really appreciate this!). So yeah while sometimes trying reach customer service through Passion isn’t always easy peasy lemon squeezy rest assured knowing help IS available even if takes longer than expected 😉
Well, if you’re looking for an app to help your dating game, Passion.com isn’t the place to look. Unfortunately they don’t have a mobile app – at least not yet! It’s kind of surprising since so many other online dating sites do have one but hey, it is what it is right?
Maybe the reason why there’s no app from Passion.com has something to do with their focus on security and privacy; after all that’s part of what makes them stand out in this crowded market! Ah, Passion.com! It’s not the best dating site out there, but it ain’t bad either. I decided to give it a try and see what kind of user profiles they had on offer. First off, all the profiles are public so anyone can view them – no matter if you’re registered or not – which is both good and bad news depending on how much privacy you want when online dating. You can also set up your own custom bio with some details about yourself (age, location etc.) though sadly there’s no way to hide that info from other users – something that could be improved upon in my opinion! There isn’t any indication of distance between two users either; just their locations listed in their profile page which means if you wanna find someone close by then this might not be the right place for ya… sorry folks! As far as premium subscriptions go… well sure enough they have those too but don’t expect anything mind-blowing here; nothing more than being able to send unlimited messages really plus a few extra bells n’ whistles thrown into the mix like having access to exclusive content etc.. So yeah while these features may sound cool at first glance I wouldn’t necessarily say its worth upgrading your account over ’em – especially since most sites now days offer similar perks without charging an arm n’ leg for ‘em anyways… Plus who wants another monthly bill anyway? Not me buddy boyo!!
